Trailer Training

If you passed you test after Jan 1997 and you wish to tow you may need to take a further test.  Even if you passed the test before this you may never have towed before and may feel apprehensive about how to go about it, well we can offer a solution, we can offer training for the B+E towing test or you could just have a familiarization lesson.

We offer tuition either for the DSA B+E test or maybe you've never towed before and would like to have a go before you embark on your first journey.  We can take you through the safety aspects of how to tow safely as well as how to easily hitch/unhitch your caravan or trailer, and how to store them between journeys. 

 For the actual test you will be expected to do a reverse manoeuvre, a hitch/unhitch, answer safety questions on the car/trailer and complete a drive, the whole test lasts for around an hour and a half.

If you dont live locally we can suggest some local Hotels or B&B's for the duration of your tuition, you could make a long weekend of and do your test on the monday.
